North is where my heart is. As much as I can enjoy the sun, the feeling of hot sand beneath my feet and a cold drink, I'll always prefer the colder and darker corners of this earth. There blows a wind of solitude and peace that cannot be found anywhere else, or at least, that I haven't found anywhere else. 
From the uninhabitable mine filled mountains of Svalbard to the picturesque streams in the Scottish highlands, I'll want to go there and embrace the elements.
